Provide Hands‑On Care That Keeps the Mission Moving

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist who wants meaningful, one‑on‑one clinical work with a patient population that genuinely needs you? French Consulting is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide direct clinical care to service members at Ramstein Air Base and surrounding locations in Germany.

You will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients using evidence‑based techniques, working within a Medical Treatment Facility alongside strength coaches, behavioral health providers, and psychologists who share the same goal: helping service members stay strong, healthy, and mission‑ready.

What You’ll Do Clinical Care
  • Provide one‑on‑one evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation for assigned patients.
  • Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, functional training, and other evidence‑based interventions.
  • Perform dry needling within approved clinical settings, in line with facility privileging requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend modifications to duty limitations and medical profiles, once credentialed and privileged to do so.
  • Document all clinical encounters within approved medical record systems in compliance with HIPAA.
Outreach & Education
  • Provide education, screening, and consultation at unit locations when requested.
  • Partner with the Strength and Conditioning team to lead monthly workshops on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery.
  • Share general readiness and injury trend observations with leadership (without including any personal health information).
Who You Are
  • You're a skilled clinician who genuinely enjoys one‑on‑one patient care.
  • You communicate treatment plans clearly and put patients at ease.
  • You're comfortable documenting in clinical systems and meeting compliance standards.
  • You collaborate naturally with other providers — coaches, behavioral health, and psychology — as part of one team.
  • You understand — or want to understand — military life and what it takes to support service members.
Qualifications Education & Licensure
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • Ability to successfully complete all medical facility credentialing and privileging requirements prior to seeing patients.
Background Check
  • Ability to pass all required background investigations and obtain installation access.
Work Authorization
  • Must possess SOFA status with access to U.S. military installations; OR
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany and ability to pass a police background investigation.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • A mission that matters: support the health, readiness, and resilience of U.S. Air Force personnel and their families.
  • A collaborative team: work alongside fellow human performance professionals in an integrated, supportive environment.
  • Professional growth: access to continuing education, certification maintenance, and training opportunities.
  • European location: live and work in Germany with opportunities to travel throughout the European theater.
  • Stability: a multi‑year contract opportunity supporting a long‑term federal program.

If you're excited about the opportunity to make a real impact while supporting the military community, we'd love to hear from you.
