In dieser Schlüsselposition verantwortest Du das internationale Produktportfolio im Bereich Materialien und begleitest Produkte entlang ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der Marktanalyse über die Weiterentwicklung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Vermarktung.

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkt- und Portfoliostrategien
• Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Technologietrends sowie Identifikation neuer Potenziale
• Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
• Erstellung von Business Cases und Ableitung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Einkauf, Marketing und internationalen Partnern
• Planung und Begleitung nationaler sowie internationaler Produkteinführungen
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
• Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Category Management oder Business Development
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialien, technische Produkte oder Medizintechnik
• Analytische und strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
• Ausgeprägtes Markt- und Kundenverständnis
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Stakeholder-Management
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
