You will drive clinical excellence and the successful adoption of ZEISS refractive solutions across the region, with a particular focus on supporting customers and partners in Gulf Region.
Your Role- You will organize and deliver initial user training, including presentations, wet labs and hands‑on sessions throughout the region
- You will provide clinical application support in close cooperation with local partners and enable our Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
- You will implement guidelines and onboarding processes developed by the headquarters at country level and coordinate and monitor their execution
- You will ensure consistent tracking and reporting of regional KPIs, particularly procedure volumes, device utilization and procedure adoption
- You will help increase procedure volumes by optimizing device utilization in collaboration with all relevant Refractive stakeholders
- You will provide regular feedback and transparent reporting on the status and quality of application support across the region
- You will collaborate closely with Refractive Sales, Service and PDC Managers and support regional events, trade shows and product demonstrations
- You will support the CAS certification process by training and mentoring new Clinical Application Specialists and monitoring their certification progress
- You hold a university degree in medical engineering, optometry, ophthalmology, physics, healthcare or a comparable field
- You bring at least several years of experience in clinical application support and user training for ZEISS refractive laser systems
- You have a strong customer focus and the ability to understand and respond to different clinical and business needs
- You can communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly and confidently to different audiences
- You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, training and reporting skills.
- You are a fast learner and confidently navigate complex business environments and stakeholder structures
- You are fluent in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic or French, are an advantage
- You are willing to travel frequently within the region and internationally
