For our location in Bingen am Rhein (DE) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our plant management team as Production Manager (all genders):

• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing smooth production processes (fruit wine production, service business) at the Bingen site, with optimal use of available resources
• Together with the plant management, you will ensure efficient personnel and budget planning in production
• Work closely with our QM Manager and sales department to continue to ensure compliance with all internal, customer‑specific, and legal quality guidelines in production
• Take the lead in identifying, developing, and implementing projects to optimize production, products, quality, energy, and environmental performance

• Successfully completed training in liquid food production (cellar master, winemaker, brewer, beverage technologist) or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in plant/production management and leadership experience with a focus on production, ideally in the food & beverage or FMCG industry, is required
• Very good technical understanding of food processing
• High social competence and leadership skills
• Hands‑on mentality, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach to work
• Audit experience, sensory analysis, and SAP knowledge are an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
