Job Purpose

As an Operations Excellence Engineer, you will play a central role in deploying and embedding a new group manufacturing system across Amcor’s Rigid Packaging division, supporting a large-scale Lean transformation at group level. This role offers a rare opportunity to drive a large-scale Lean transformation across a complex, multisite European manufacturing network, working at the intersection of strategy and shopfloor execution. You will influence how 10–15 plants operate every day, collaborate with diverse leadership teams across countries and cultures, and play a decisive role in rolling out a common manufacturing system that will shape operational standards across the Rigid Packaging division.
