Are you looking for an opportunity to lead Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives within a growing international manufacturing company? Do you have an MVK qualification and want to play a key role in developing safety culture across a modern production environment?

I am currently representing a globally operating manufacturer within the medical packaging industry, supplying sterile packaging solutions to customers worldwide. They have been operating for almost 60 years and are continuing to expand, with ambitious plans to double their turnover over the next 3-5 years. As part of this growth, they are looking for an HSE Lead to improve safety standards and help drive operational excellence across their Dutch manufacturing site.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the company's Health, Safety & Environmental culture through training, audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement projects. You will also support the implementation of Environmental Management Systems and sustainability initiatives, working closely with management and production teams.

The successful candidate will hold an MVK qualification and have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation. They are open to both junior candidates looking for their first role after gaining their MVK qualification, as well as experienced HSE professionals from cleaner manufacturing environments such as medical, food or similar industries. • Develop and improve the company's Health, Safety & Environmental culture
• Conduct RI&E, TRA, audits, safety walks and toolbox talks
• Deliver HSE training and improve employee safety awareness
• Support Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and sustainability projects
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects across the manufacturing site

• MVK Qualification
• Fluent in English (Dutch advantageous)
• Experience with in manufacturing or production environments
• Knowledge of RI&E, TRA, audits and HSE legislation
• Experience with in medical, food or similar industries is advantageous
