Team Leader Quality & Preparation; m​/f​/d

• Lead and develop the team for quality control and work preparation
• Coordinate tasks, priorities and production readiness
• Review production orders, artwork, specifications and materials before release
• Ensure quality standards, compliance and accurate documentation
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Ensure clear handover of jobs to production
• Coordinate with production planning and implement shop-floor improvements such as 5S
• Prepare work plans and parts lists in SAP
• Support audits

• Vocational qualification or degree in printing, quality, production or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant production experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Knowledge of quality management and work preparation
• SAP and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%
