Line Manager (m/f/d) within our Production team to help support our Hydraulics business at our Pacoma branch in
Eschwege, Germany

Our factory in Eschwege, Germany, can singularly handle a quarter million units per year working at normal capacity. As a
Line Manager (m/f/d) you will drive operational excellence and make a real impact on our manufacturing success. In this key leadership role, you will combine strong people management skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. You will lead your team to achieve ambitious targets while fostering a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Ensure a safe, stable, and efficient production flow within the manufacturing line
• Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to production employees, including onboarding, training, qualification, and development
• Drive the achievement of key performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery reliability, and productivity
• Initiate and implement sustainable improvement measures to enhance efficiency, product quality, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and actively promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Technician, State-Certified Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Proven experience in leading and developing employees within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or operational production management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high affinity for numbers and performance metrics
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions
• High level of commitment, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
