This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Immobilienkaufmann / Property Manager (m/w/d) located in Esslingen. The role involves managing real estate operations, overseeing property sales and rentals, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing property contracts, handling leasing processes, recommending real estate strategies, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.

• Completed training as Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachwirt or real-estate degree
• German language skills at C1 level
• Class B driving licence
• Confident use of MS Office
• Initial experience in residential property management
• Familiarity with property management software
