At PALFINGER, we connect tradition with innovation to develop lifting solutions that inspire customers worldwide. As SAP Project Manager (m/f/d), you will own the strategic delivery of SAP S/4

HANA implementation and rollout projects using the SAP Activate methodology. Your leadership will drive digital transformation, business process optimization, and successful execution of large-scale ERP projects across international locations.

• Manage and deliver SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
• Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience managing IT/SAP projects with agile or waterfall methodologies
• Skilled in project management tools like PPM Express, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and experienced in both classical and agile frameworks
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is 52 197.04 € based on full-time employment.
