As the Lead Platform Engineer, you are the hands-on expert responsible for coding, implementing, and optimizing all components of the Hybrid Cloud platform. You ensure that every piece of infrastructure is defined, deployed, and operated with precision and reliability.

• Code Mastery (EaC):
  Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Everything as Code (EaC) artifacts using Terraform for IaaS provisioning and Ansible for robust configuration management.
• Git Ops Implementation:
  Own the development and refinement of CI/CD pipelines and Git Ops workflows (ArgoCD) to ensure automated, reliable, and auditable platform deployments.
• Platform Implementation:
  Actively participate in the deployment and operation of the Open Shift/K8s platform on Bare Metal and VMs, guaranteeing high availability and performance SLAs.
• Advanced Integration:
  Implement and optimize the integration points for Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Software-Defined Storage (SDS) components within the container stack.
• Modernization Support:
  Provide hands-on engineering support for application teams moving to the cloud, assisting with Containerization and the adoption of best practices.
• Operational Excellence:
  Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the running platform, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with operational standards.

You are a hands-on coding expert who takes immense pride in delivering clean, automated, and reliable infrastructure. You are deeply comfortable operating within a complex hybrid environment and have a proven ability to manage critical systems effectively.

• Expert proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for automating complex, multi-environment infrastructure deployments.
• Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes/Open Shift in production environments, particularly concerning deployment on Bare Metal and VMs.
• Strong practical experience implementing and maintaining Git Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of networking (L2/L3) and storage concepts, with specific experience integrating SDN/SDS solutions.
• Commitment to high-quality code, documentation, and adhering to strict operational SLAs.
