Technical Designer

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Technical Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and engineering, transforming complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping a data-driven, AI-powered product for modern manufacturing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions from concept to launch.

• Technical or economic-technical degree and strong entrepreneurial thinking
• 5+ years as a technical designer or engineer
• Already worked on a complex, data-heavy Product (experience with agentic AI is a plus)
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across features
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product,designand engineering teams, to ship impactful work
• Strong analytical and communication skills, you can explain tech to non-tech
• Curiosity for manufacturing and how factoriesactually run
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
