Sim Racing Events Specialist - Fanatec

Responsibilities

• Support sim racing activations in live environments (esports, motor sport, exhibitions).

• Provide remote pre-event driver support via Discord (troubleshooting, firmware, settings).

• Build cockpits for product launches and review campaigns; keep setups flawless for content and PR.

• Partner with marketing on technical setups for shoots and creator programs.

• Collect user feedback on-site/online and share with R&D to inform future designs.

• Turn real user insights into better products by collaborating directly with R&D.

• Deep sim racing knowledge and passion (hardware + software).

• Excellent English; other languages a plus.

• Precise mechanical assembly of cockpits and components; careful handling and tidy cabling.

• Fast, calm troubleshooting and a proactive, courteous style with athletes, partners, and customers.

• Willing to travel internationally and work some weekends during events.

• Knowledge of the Fanatec ecosystem (hardware and software).

• Computer hardware and networking knowledge.

• Inventory/spares handling and ESD-safe practices.

• Basic German for local coordination.
