• You lead and develop our UX Design & Research team and strengthen a culture of ownership, collaboration and high design quality.
• With a user-centered mindset, you consistently embed UX Design & Research into our digital product development processes.
• Together with Product Management, Tech and other stakeholders, you actively bring the UX perspective into product decisions.
• You further develop standards, methods and ways of working for UX Design & User Research and ensure efficient, scalable processes.
• Through targeted user research, you ensure that requirements, hypotheses and solutions are validated in a well-founded way.
• A key focus of your role is the introduction and standardization of AI-supported design and research workflows.
• You establish suitable AI tools for exploration, wire framing, prototyping, research synthesis, documentation and handover to development.

• You have several years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, User Research or a comparable digital discipline.
• Your leadership experience enables you to develop employees professionally and personally and to communicate clear quality standards.
• You are characterized by a deep understanding of user guidance, interaction design, information architecture, usability and visual quality.
• You are confident working in agile product and development teams and enjoy collaborating at the interface of UX, Product and Tech.
• You understand how UX Design contributes to user experience, business goals and conversion.
• You are excited about artificial intelligence and want to meaningfully integrate AI-supported tools into design and research processes.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder confidence and the ability to present design decisions convincingly up to management level round off your profile.
