• Configuration of network devices and creation of configuration templates (main focus on Cisco, Genua and other manufacturers)
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Support in technical network planning and material planning for project preparation
• Conducting customer acceptance testing with the team
• Supporting the operations team with network maintenance and expansions
• Designing new networks
• Troubleshooting the central and decentralized network infrastructure
• Resolving application and device issues

• Completed vocational training or degree as an IT Network Specialist, or equivalent professional experience
• Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with Cisco (CCNP certification required)
• Excellent knowledge of network technology (IP, IPv6, DNS, SD‑WAN, QoS)
• Knowledge of firewalls and network security
• Proficient in tools and administration of systems (e.g., Solar Winds)
• Experience with virtualization environments is an advantage
• Experience with AD/LDAP/Radius is an advantage
• Strong expertise with Linux and Windows‑based operating systems is an advantage
• Experience with Ansible is desirable

• Independent, reliable and team‑oriented work style
• High flexibility and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• German: fluent
• English: advanced

A security clearance “Ü2” is required or must be obtained from the recognized authorities.
