Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems
• Coordinate with network administrators for knowledge management platforms
• Set up and maintain administrator and service accounts for system users
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Tune system performance to optimize efficiency
  
  Install system-wide software and ensure compatibility across platforms
• Allocate mass storage space and manage storage resources
• Provide the government customer with the operation of knowledge management systems
• Maintain and update KM artifacts
• Assist the government customer with data input and reconciliation in enterprise-level data systems
  
  Deliver recommendation reports and operating procedures

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
• 3 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
• 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• Experience with system software, networks, and computer equipment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, MAVEN, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
