IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Operations & Enterprise IT

Technical expertise

• Operation, administration, and further development of enterprise IT systems
• Technical support for Siemens Teamcenter (after training)
• System monitoring, fault analysis & troubleshooting
• Maintenance of databases and server-related components
• Updates, migrations, and optimization of system landscapes
• Technical coordination with customers (IT & business units)

• Must haves:
  • Experience in the administration of complex IT systems
  • A solid understanding of server, client, and web architectures
  • Database expertise (SQL, basic understanding of data models, backups)
  • Strong communication skills in a technical context:
    Explain issues clearly and remain calm when a customer is in a bind
  • A structured, reliable approach to work
  • Responsibility for productive systems
• Advantages:
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable enterprise systems
  • Basic knowledge of Java or similar languages (reading and understanding – not developing)
  • Experience with updates, migrations, or system monitoring
  • Experience in consulting or project work
