IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Operations & Enterprise IT

Customer relationshipTechnical expertise
Your responsibilities- Operation, administration, and further development of enterprise IT systems
- Technical support for Siemens Teamcenter (after training)
- System monitoring, fault analysis & troubleshooting
- Maintenance of databases and server-related components
- Updates, migrations, and optimization of system landscapes
- Technical coordination with customers (IT & business units)
- Must haves:
- Experience in the administration of complex IT systems
- A solid understanding of server, client, and web architectures
- Database expertise (SQL, basic understanding of data models, backups)
- Strong communication skills in a technical context:
Explain issues clearly and remain calm when a customer is in a bind - A structured, reliable approach to work
- Responsibility for productive systems
- Advantages:
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable enterprise systems
- Basic knowledge of Java or similar languages (reading and understanding – not developing)
- Experience with updates, migrations, or system monitoring
- Experience in consulting or project work
- Teamcenter Administration and Operation
- Active Workspace & PLM Basics
