As a Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of our Operations Team at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. The Operations Team coordinates and optimizes all business processes at Outdooractive and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Management. Acting as the interface between departments and IT, the team ensures that our systems and processes are optimally aligned with our corporate goals.

Through data‑driven insights and analyses, you will create real value and drive the continuous development of Outdooractive.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and presentations in Power BI.
• Consolidate and visualize management information from various data sources.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making processes.
• Design and develop scalable data architectures and models based on Microsoft Fabric and independently advance our Power BI project.
• Prepare analyses and results for various target audiences and present them effectively.

• Have a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Have several years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Statistics.
• Possess excellent knowledge of Python, R, and SQL.
• Have solid experience with Power BI as well as modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Analyze complex issues and derive actionable recommendations from them.
• Bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as innovation and solution orientation.
• Be a team player, strong communicator, and assertive.
• Ideally, have experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), server‑side tracking, Dev Ops, and data governance.
• Have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
