Team Lead SAP Application Manager

We're currently hiring a Team Lead SAP Application Management for a full-time, permanent position with our client, a global manufacturing leader undergoing a major international SAP S/4

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to join the IT Leadership Team, lead international SAP operations, and play a key role in shaping the future SAP strategy of a growing global organization.

International travel as required

• Lead SAP Application Management teams across Germany and international locations
• Manage SAP Basis teams, key users, and external service partners
• Drive implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions
• Lead global Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes
• Define and execute SAP strategy and technology roadmaps
• Play a key role in a global SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation program
• Develop KPIs, reporting structures, and service management processes
• Define governance, security, and authorization concepts
• Mentor and develop SAP team members
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Application Management
• Proven experience leading SAP teams or large-scale SAP programs
• Strong track record delivering SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects
• Experience across multiple SAP modules, including:
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP QM
• SAP PM
• SAP WM
• SAP HR
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, ABAP, and Adobe Forms
• Strong understanding of Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• German (C1) required
