Development and implementation of a practical digital marketing strategy in coordination with senior management
Maintenance, upkeep and further development of the website
Planning, execution and monitoring of paid campaigns, e.g., Google Ads and Linked In
Conducting keyword research, on-/off-page optimization, campaign management and performance tracking
Managing and coordinating external marketing service providers
Creating and editing content for the website, blog, Linked In and whitepapers
Developing and optimizing target-group-specific landing pages
Monitoring and evaluating new digital marketing trends and continuously improving the marketing toolset
Collaborating with HR and Sales on employer branding and lead generation

Requirements

Several years of solid experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
Very good knowledge of web analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics or comparable tools
Experience with content management systems, preferably Word Press or a headless CMS
Independent, structured working style with a strong implementation focus
Very good German (at least C1)
Confident English
Tech affinity and strong analytical/digital skills
Creative sensibility and strong conceptual abilities
