• Coordinate the approval process for new AI applications from initial assessment to implementation.
• Evaluate business needs and risks together with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the AI Committee, Legal, Data Privacy, HR, Works Council, and international colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act and internal AI governance policies.
• Maintain the AI Registry and advise business units on AI Governance topics.
