IT Systems Administrator

• Responsibility for the Hyper‑V cluster infrastructure, including performance optimization
• Administration and further development of Microsoft SCVMM
• Capacity planning for the virtualization environment
• Administration of Windows Server systems as well as critical application and database servers
• Conducting operating system upgrades
• Further development of the storage and SAN infrastructure
• Performing data backups and recovery scenarios
• Planning and implementing high‑availability and disaster recovery concepts
• Technical support for critical hospital applications and specialist clinical systems
• Supporting updates, migrations, and release changes
• Assessing the technical impact on clinical processes
• Contributing to the planning and operation of data center infrastructure
• Supporting network, cluster, and server hardware
• Analyzing and resolving complex infrastructure incidents

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (m/f/d)
• Experience administering Forti Gate firewalls, along with knowledge of networking
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, Exchange, and Windows Server administration
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Solution‑oriented and independent approach to work
• Strong customer focus and good communication skills
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and skills

Demonstrates expertise in managing Hyper‑V cluster infrastructure, Windows Server administration, and Microsoft SCVMM, with a strong focus on performance optimization, disaster recovery, and technical support for clinical systems. Proficient in networking and firewall administration, with excellent communication skills in German.
