• Own SEB Kort's search experience strategy across traditional search, AI-powered search and emerging LLM-driven discovery.
• Drive initiatives that improve AI visibility and ensure that content is optimized for how generative AI systems find, interpret and surface information.
• Define and execute the SEO roadmap, balancing technical SEO, content optimization and user experience.
• Partner with content teams to develop search-first content strategies and governance.
• Lead website optimization initiatives, ensuring the underlying infrastructure supports discoverability, performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with CMS owners, developers and architects to improve site structure, metadata, indexing and technical implementation.
• Monitor search performance through analytics, identify opportunities and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for organic search, AI visibility and content performance.
• Stay ahead of changes in search technology, AI platforms and search engine algorithms, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with Digital, UX, Technology, and business stakeholders to embed search excellence across the organization.

• Solid experience in SEO, including technical SEO and content optimization.
• Experience working with AI-powered search, generative AI or large language models (LLMs), and an understanding of how AI is transforming search behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
