Senior IT Technician, 2nd Level

• Administration, migration, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, backup systems, virtualization, and networks
• Setup and configuration of the relevant IT systems for customers
• Independently resolving IT issues
• Recording, classifying, and documenting user issues in the ticketing system
• On-site and remote support for end users at the 2nd-level support stage
• Installation of software products on end-user devices
• Timely installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PCs and server systems
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, internet access, and VPN connections within customer infrastructures
• Requirements analysis and customer consulting
• Technical support in preparing quotations
• User support and participation in various IT projects

• Extensive IT expertise
• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a similar IT qualification; career changers with comparable knowledge are welcome
• Professional experience as a System Administrator in a comparable role, ideally with direct customer contact
• Knowledge in several of the following areas:
  Windows clients and servers, virtualization (Hyper-V), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, networks, and firewalls
• Strong knowledge in several of the following areas:
  Hyper-V, network and IT security, as well as Office applications and their configuration
• Ability to work independently, a structured approach, and a hands-on mentality
• Open, authentic, and customer-focused manner
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with users
• Class B driver's license
• Very good command of German
