IT Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and implement IT projects in the areas of remote services, production data collection, Track & Trace, and software interfaces
• Advise national and international customers during pre-sales and after-sales
• Provide 2nd-level support and develop practical solutions for complex customer inquiries
• Train and advise internal departments on IT-related topics
• Create clear and well-structured project and product documentation
• Work closely with the development team to deliver customized customer solutions

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT project management
• Sound knowledge of networking technologies
• Enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong technical understanding
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
