Solution-oriented IT support:
You will assist our employees with general IT inquiries and user issues in their day-to-day work and ensure that technical challenges are resolved quickly and pragmatically.
We develop, design, and produce bicycles and e-bikes for different target groups.
To complete our team, we are looking for a IT Employee / IT Support to start as soon as possible.
These are the tasks you can expect.
- Solution-Focused IT Support:
You’ll assist our employees with general IT inquiries and user issues in their day-to-day work and ensure that technical challenges are resolved quickly and pragmatically. - Focus on Business Central:
You’ll serve as the point of contact for our employees regarding questions and issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and support them in their daily use of the system. - Further Developing Business Central:
You’ll actively contribute to the further development of our company’s proprietary Business Central app and assist with the planning and implementation of projects and sprints in Azure Dev Ops. - Mastering Microsoft 365:
You’ll support our employees in using Microsoft 365—particularly Outlook, Teams, and One Drive—and assist with questions regarding daily use. - Bridge between IT and Business:
You’ll gather requirements from our line-of-business departments, structure them, and work closely with our external IT and Business Central partners to develop appropriate solutions. - Actively shaping projects:
You’ll assist with testing, updates, and smaller IT projects, document relevant IT and process information, and actively contribute to optimizing existing workflows. - Leveraging new technologies:
You’ll explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence and help us make effective use of AI-powered extensions in Business Central, Microsoft 365, and other areas of the business.
