IT Administrator, Developer

• Administering and further developing Windows and Linux systems
• Managing network, server, storage, and virtualization environments
• Administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services
• Analyzing and resolving incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Contributing to IT security, digitalization, and automation projects
• Developing and optimizing scripts and automation solutions, e.g., using Power Shell and Python
• Supporting the development of internal applications, interfaces, and workflows
• Contributing to data integration and the connection of third‑party systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Working closely with specialist departments and external partners

• Vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, Application Development, or a comparable qualification, with 2–3 years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft technologies
• Interest in software development, automation, and modern digitalization projects
• Initial experience with Power Shell, Python, SQL, APIs, or comparable technologies is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and pursue professional development in new technologies and subject areas
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
