Vehicle Test Engineer

Our Client has manufacturing locations in Japan, North America, Europe and Asia; it provides

products as OEM suppliers to global automobile manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, Porsche,

GM, Ford, Mercedes Benz and others.

Currently they are strongly developing their business in Europe and are looking for a Program

Manager to reinforce their German team.

1. Vehicle Tests

• Performs vehicle test on various setups on open roads or private circuits
• Creates genuine test procedures and the application of customers’ procedures
• Verifies application of correct test procedures and set-ups. ensures conformity throughout test
• Prepares test-reports and synthesis for pads evaluation and calliper evaluation
• Analyses and validates tests results.
• Provides technical interface with customer.
• Is in close contact with customer
• Organizes vehicle tests with customer
• Coordinates the test activities with Gonesse

3. Equipment

• Follows the maintenance schedules of the instrumentation, proposes modifications, and advises for new accessories for efficiency and validation of tests.

4. Supplemental function

• Prepares advice for new equipment and methologies concerning noise and vibration
• study
• Organizes the maintenance of the fleet of test and company ‘s vehicles
• Participates in new equipment specification and purchase
• Supports all general vehicle activities.

• Good level in mechanics
• Good experience of driving on different vehicles and conditions (tarmac, gravel, ice…)
• Long and significant experience of car test (brake, ride and handling)
• Long and significant experience of braking area
• Driving license more than two years
• Good understanding of English
