Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take‑off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m:
The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi‑role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed‑wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by Ras Core, our highly redundant, military‑grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.

You are an experienced and skilled drone pilot with a high sense for responsibility, a technical background, and a passion for team play? If the answer is a clear “yes”, then take your game to the next level! Become a professional UAV test pilot and take over responsibility for preparation, organization, execution, and follow‑up work on our flight tests. You will be responsible to remotely operate our aircraft and be one of the few on this planet to fly a UAV with an MTOM of 700 kg.

• Flight test order preparation
• Flight test execution and drone operation
• Flight test facility/equipment management
• Qualitative analysis and feedback about the flight control system behavior
• Continuous improvement of operational procedures
• Continuous activity tracking and report to relevant panels
• Flight crew training organization and execution
• Frequent traveling

• Degree:
  Completed or ongoing degree (Bachelor/Master) in the domain of mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable programs
• Experience:
  
  Proof of practical experience in manual UAV flight
• Aptitude Test:
  Positive result in assessment (during application process)
• Required for employment:
  Security clearance (Ü2‑Sabotageschutz) approval (note: relationships in countries according to § 13 para. 1 no. 17 SÜG may result in a negative assessment)
