• Contact person for customers & sales! You will support our customers by phone, email, or, if necessary, on site with the operation of our measuring devices (e.g., extruders, systems, and laboratory equipment), the procurement of spare parts, and much more. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues in sales and will be able to share your knowledge with them, for example, on technical questions and preparing quotations.
• Measurements! In our application laboratory and in the customer's laboratory on site, you will carry out measurements on samples (residual moisture content, oil absorption number, thermal properties of polymers, etc.), interpret the results, prepare the documentation, and help customers with the application of measurement software.
• Knowledge transfer! The device installations and training courses you carry out at our customers' sites are the best opportunity to pass on your product-specific knowledge. You can also actively help to organize workshops and seminars as part of your work.

• Communication and mobility! In addition to enjoying customer contact, you have business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills, as well as a class 3/B driver's license.
• Qualifications! You have completed technical/scientific vocational training, for example as a CTA (f/m/d) or mechatronics engineer (f/m/d), or have a degree as a state-certified technician (f/m/d). In addition, you have basic knowledge of physics and chemistry, for example in the field of materials science, polymers, or chemistry, or from a similar environment.
• A wealth of experience! You should have theoretical and, ideally, practical knowledge of plastics processing and analysis, extrusion, and thermal analysis. In addition, you can impress with your initial laboratory experience
• Versatility! You have no problem independently planning and conducting customer appointments and training sessions. Your profile is rounded off by a confident manner, a structured approach to work, and manual dexterity
