Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

• Continuous quality improvement
• Customer communication
• Close collaboration with functions such as Production, Quality, Product Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, and Engineering, including coordination and management of meetings and handling customer-related topics
• Preparation of investigation documentation and 8D reports, including implementation and tracking of corrective actions
• Reporting to management and relevant stakeholders
• Preparation of analyses and evaluations
• Customer communication and internal coordination
• Root cause analysis for continuous product improvement
• Leading problem-solving meetings
• Conducting audits
• Supporting production lines

• Degree or technical qualification (preferred)
• Typically a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience
• Experience handling critical customer issues
• Knowledge of electrical engineering
• Audit experience
• Knowledge of the 8D methodology
• Passion for quality-related topics and willingness to pursue further development
• Strong communication skills, combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
