Global Lean Process Design Leader; w​/m​/d

We are looking for a Process Industrialization Lean Leader (w/m/d) to drive the deployment of Lean and 3P (Production Process Preparation) principles at the earliest stages of product and process design—before CAPEX decisions are made.

In this strategic role, you will challenge complexity, enable simplicity, and shape flexible, cost-efficient industrial solutions across our global manufacturing network.

• Where: Germany, preferably in a major Schneider Electric industrial hub
