For our client, a provider for the aviation and space programs industry, we are looking for you as a Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Manager (m/f/d) located in Blankenfelde-Mahlow.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
• Maintain consistently delivery of products meeting quality and regulatory requirements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing
• Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
• Analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
• Support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
• Capture, share, and implement lessons learned and best practices across the organisation
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience in Production Planning, Process Optimization and Lean Management
• Skills and knowledge in Six Sigma are advantageous
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
