In the field of electric mobility, there is the strength to meet the demanding requirements of the automotive industry and to exceed expectations.
For a location in the greater Rastatt area, we are looking for you in the Advanced Technology division as

• Independent and responsible support and processing of development and customer projects in the R&D area with a focus on electric motors and pumps
• Participation in shaping future technologies by working in a global team in the area of pre-development
• Independent conception, calculation, design and project planning of technical systems / individual components for mobile applications in electric and electrified vehicles
• Innovation and concept development
• Planning system and component tests internally or with external partners and analyzing, evaluating, documenting and presenting the results
• Close coordination of development activities within the team and with external development partners and customers

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Team spirit, motivation and creativity
• Very good technical knowledge in the field of electric motors / pumps
• Very good knowledge of product development and production is an advantage, knowledge of thermal management of electric vehicles is desirable
• Independent, responsible and structured working style as well as the ability to think analytically
• Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
