Product Industrialization Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding; m​/f​/d

As a Product Industrialization Engineer, you will be involved in shaping the production readiness of externally manufactured components from development to release. Industrialization & Supplier Management:
You are responsible for the industrialization and implementation of specifications, as well as for changes to injection-molded plastic parts, directly with the external supplier. Lifecycle & Change Management:
You manage change processes for externally manufactured components throughout the entire product lifecycle along a complex supply chain (Tier 1 to Tier N). Component

Qualification:

You are responsible for the structured qualification and release of plastic components. Interface Work & Design for Manufacturing (DFM):
You closely coordinate specifications regarding design and layout with the R&D department and ensure manufacturability and the optimization of production equipment with suppliers. Quality Analysis:
You analyze quality problems in the ongoing production process and initiate sustainable optimization measures.

Cross-functional collaboration:

As a technical contact person, you form the interface to internal teams such as R&D, Procurement, Supplier Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.

• Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (bei Bachelor-Abschluss) im Fertigungs-/Produktionsumfeld, Industrial Engineering oder Qualitätswesen. Mit einem Master-Abschluss ist auch ein direkteinstieg ohne langjährige Berufserfahrung möglich.

• Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsprozessen rund um Kunststoffspritzguss sowie in Folgeprozessen der Montage (z.
  
  B. Ultraschallschweißen, Hot Embedding).

• Projektmanagement: Gute Erfahrung in der Steuerung von (Teil-)Projekten im technischen Umfeld.

• Pluspunkte: Kenntnisse in Werkzeugkonzepten für Spritzguss, Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld (z.
  
  B. Medizintechnik, Automobilindustrie, Luftfahrt) sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung sind von Vorteil.
