• Design and engineering of competitive hydraulic presses and systems in accordance with customer requirements
• Technical support for the Sales team in the acquisition of customers worldwide
• Preparation of technical proposals, including the definition of the scope of supply
• Development of specifications for system components for inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
• Provision of all required documentation for cost calculations and joint determination of overall project costs
• Active participation in the continuous development of products and processes based on customer and market feedback

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in the design, engineering, or configuration of hydraulic presses and systems is desirable
• Ability to utilize digital tools and AI applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to increase efficiency and optimize processes
• Excellent English language skills.
  
  Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments
• Willingness to travel
