Our client, a major player in the automotive industry, is currently looking for Flemish-speaking employees to support the customer service team.

• A permanent contract of employment
• Opportunities for further development
• Possibility to work from home at least 1 day a week
• Holiday and christmas bonus
• No night shifts

• Customer support and advice for various customers (by e‑mail, telephone, social media)
• Registration of customer concerns and internal processing
• Processing & administrative handling or forwarding to the respective specialist departments
• Coordination with national and international departments (internal and external)
• Coordination with authorised car repair shops

• You are fluent in Flemish and in English
• You have experience in dealing with customers
li>You are service and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
• You are willing to work in a 2 shift system (8 am-8 pm)
