We are seeking a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our growing European team. In this key role, you will ensure the seamless movement of materials and products across the supply chain supporting efficient production and timely deliveries.

Procurement & Supplier Management:
Coordinate procurement of materials and components in line with production schedules - Manage supplier performance in quality, cost, and delivery - Track purchase orders and address supply issues proactively

Inventory & Stock Control:
Maintain accurate inventory records via ERP systems - Assist with forecasting and production scheduling - Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations

Logistics Coordination:
Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments - Oversee transport documentation, customs, and compliance - Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with freight providers

Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
Identify opportunities to optimise supply chain efficiency - Support reporting of KPIs and metrics - Collaborate with production, sales, and operations teams

You are a dependable and detail-focused supply chain professional who brings strong problem-solving and coordination skills to the table. You work well across teams and value both structure and initiative in your approach.

You will come with a solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and supply chain processes - Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

Strong communication skills in English - Comfort working with international teams and suppliers - Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset
