In order to support our team in Langenhagen, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator IT Data Processes (d/f/m).

The position is an integral part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team.

• Enchargement for all supply chain flows from and to warehouses
• Coordinate timely, cost-efficient, high-quality material management of spare parts and repairs
• Define, create, and implement automated supply chain processes
• Analyze data for continuous supply chain optimization
• Coordinate activities related to warehouse, logistics, and act as the focal point for logistics providers and material management
• Manage customs processes and ensure export control compliance
• Report material and logistics data errors to the relevant Centre of Competence for continuous improvement

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar, or extensive practical experience
• Experience in Material Support, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Affinity for IT, data, and process analysis
• Excellent Excel skills; programming experience is a plus
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions
• Customer relationship management skills
• English at negotiation level and good German skills
