• Plant Leadership – central procurement interface at the factory and member of local COMEX.
• Strategy & Alignment – develop and implement location‑specific procurement strategy in line with Global Procurement.
• Performance – manage all procurement KPIs including productivity, cost and delivery performance.
• Productivity – plan, control and ensure annual savings and productivity targets.
• Supplier Management – build, develop and steer supplier strategy at plant level.
• Resilience – build robust supply chain including BCP, localisation and dual sourcing.
• Cost Optimization – improve product costs through localisation, supplier changes and technical changes.
• Sustainability – coordinate and implement sustainable procurement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management – close collaboration with internal interfaces such as SCM, Engineering, Quality and Procurement.
• Transformation – actively shape change processes and implement global procurement levers.
• Negotiation – negotiate in non‑strategic procurement environment and support local specifications.
• Events & Communication – organise and conduct supplier, productivity and innovation days.

• Education – Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience – Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement or purchasing management.
• Leadership – ability to lead teams, mobilise people and influence stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills – strong communication and assertiveness.
• Analytical ability – strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Business acumen – holistic understanding of cost, market, quality and supply chain.
