Your Role

Factor_, a Hello Fresh brand, is looking for a Senior Planning Manager (all genders). In this key role, you will take ownership of site-wide planning, ensuring that workforce, capacity, and production plans are seamlessly aligned. With your strategic mindset, you will balance operational efficiency, cost, quality, and service performance while enabling sustainable growth across our production operations. Working at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, you will develop data‑driven planning strategies, optimize processes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our production network.

• Own the strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning, ensuring the achievement of cost, quality, and service level targets.
• Develop and manage short‑, mid‑, and long‑term planning, aligning capacity and workforce requirements with demand forecasts while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure realistic, aligned, and executable production plans.
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
• Continuously enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality and adherence to established standards.
• Prepare management reports and decision‑making materials for site leadership and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
• Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
• A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for taking ownership in a fast‑paced production environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
