  • Creating a seasonal demand forecastfor the region Europe, starting with the Line FreezeFCuntil a Demand FC needs to be provided for the European Supply Planning Team
  • Continuous review of the demandforecastinclose alignment with the counterparts from Merchandising and Sales
  • Constant monitoring and adjustments during Sell-in and Pre-Order intake
  • Converting seasonal demand forecast into a monthly demand forecast, needed forsupply planning and eventually for localpurchasing.

    Maintain 12–18 month rolling SKU- and category-level demand forecastsutilizinghistorical sales data, market intelligence, and seasonal curves
  • Ensuring complete and correct master data for planning purposes, e.g. mapping of predecessor-successor styles
  • Building andmaintainingcollaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal colleagues
  • Monitoringkey metrics including Forecast Accuracy (FA), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and Forecast Bias; implement corrective actions when variances occur
  • Analysinghistorical forecast errors and commercial shift patterns to systematically refine statistical models.

    Strong ability to interpret large datasets, extract actionable insights, and build reliable predictive models.
  • Driving innovation that improves processes, analytics, anddatavisibility.

    Consequently,driving better business decisions
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management including recommendations based on data analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience:

    3-5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or merchandise planning—preferably within sporting goods, apparel, footwear, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • System Knowledge:

    Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Power-BI. Experience with SAP S4 Hana and planning solutions such as Anaplan, O9 solutions, etc considered as a plus.
