, you will manage the entire material supply for production as a Materials Coordinator / Planner
. You coordinate supply chains, optimize inventory, and develop solutions together with suppliers and internal partners for smooth manufacturing.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, between 67,000€ and 81,000!.

• Material Flow Control
  :
  Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels to ensure production supply
• Supplier Coordination
  :
  Alignment of orders, delivery times, and quality standards with suppliers
• Bottleneck Management
  :
  Handling supply shortages and developing solutions to minimize disruptions
• Supplier Management
  :
  Maintaining and evaluating supplier relationships for continuous improvement
• Performance Analysis
  :
  Creation and evaluation of reports on delivery performance and identification of improvement potential
• Internal Alignment
  :
  Collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics to optimize demand planning
• Compliance
  :
  Ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and external regulations in supply chain management
• Process Optimization
  :
  Participation in projects for digitalization and efficiency enhancement in the supply chain

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, and supplier management
• Many years of experience in supply chain management / logistics, Airbus experience is an advantage
• Proficient use of SAP (in-depth knowledge) and Google Workspace
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
• Willingness to travel, approximately once per month within Europe
• Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent way of working
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
