Our Business Group Power Transmission would like to strengthen its Project Management team at STELLA NOVA site in Hannover, Germany.

We are therefore looking for a

Project Manager (f/m/d)

As Project Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the operational management of turnkey and offshore projects (EPC/EPCI).

You will ensure that your projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality, and you will act as the central interface between customers, internal departments and subcontractors.

• Overall responsibility for the management and control of the assigned projects, including profit and loss responsibility
• Ensuring project execution in accordance with the contract, project mandate and internal requirements (QHSER, costs, margin, cash flow, schedule)
• Application of the internal project model as well as the relevant processes and tools for efficient and profitable project execution
• Leadership and coordination of a geographically dispersed project team, as well as resource management in cooperation with specialist departments and locations
• Active project risk management: identification and control of risks and opportunities, including reporting to project management/steering committee
• Responsibility for project-related subcontracts and intercompany agreements, as well as ensuring professional collaboration with customers and suppliers
• Preparation of project reports for customers and internal management (status, deviations, planning, engineering, subcontracting, construction/installation, finance, QHSE, etc.)

• University degree in engineering or comparable experience in similar positions
• At least 5 years of professional experience in industry, ideally in the operational execution of EPCI/EPC projects
• Relevant project management expertise, including leadership experience in complex projects
• Strong business and commercial understanding and the ability to identify and manage financial and legal risks at an early stage
• Excellent communication skills, interface and stakeholder management, and the ability to work constructively with different personalities
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Permanent employment contract (non-tariff) with an attractive compensation and bonus scheme;
