Für unsere Abteilung Anbau am Standort Schwäbisch Gmünd - Wetzgau suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 (unbefristet) einen Gärtner (m/w/d) für Jungpflanzenanzucht, Garten- und Gewächshauskulturen.

• Leitung des Teams Garten- und Gewächshauskulturen
• Planung, Koordination, Betreuung und praktische Durchführung aller gärtnerischen Tätigkeiten und damit verbundenen technischen Fragestellungen
• Verantwortung der Jungpflanzenanzucht von ca. 100 Arznei- und Kosmetikpflanzen sowie Anbau, Pflege und Ernte von ca. 70 Arzneipflanzen gemäß Demeter-Richtlinien
• Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln
• Personalführung und
  -motivation, Ergebnisverantwortung
• Dokumentation aller Prozesse gemäß GACP
• Wertschätzende Arbeitsatmosphäre und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit in einem engagiertem Team
• Arbeitsplatz inmitten des Weleda-Heilpflanzengartens

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gärtnermeister bzw. Techniker oder langjährige Erfahrung als ausgebildeter Gärtner mit Führungsveranwortung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen in Jungpflanzenanzucht, Freilandanbau, Boden und Substrate, Gewächshaustechnik, biologischem Anbau und Pflanzenschutz, Arbeitssicherheit
• Technisches Verständnis
• EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
• Strukturierte, motivierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
• Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie körperliche Belastbarkeit
