• Act as strategic Finance Business Partner to the Managing Directors and leadership team of Operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance management, and cash planning processes
• Drive financial transparency and business performance across Operations:
  Supply Chain and Technology
• Lead Supply Chain and Manufacturing Controlling, including inventory, cost, and productivity analysis as well as finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including SAP and analytical solutions
• Support strategic business decisions through financial modelling, investment evaluations, and business cases
• Lead R&D Controlling, including project cost analysis, product portfolio analysis, cost centre controlling
• Drive margin improvement, cost optimisation, and working capital management initiatives
• Ensure effective governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls
• Develop and coach finance talent and strengthen business partnering capabilities across the organisation
• Deliver results for the business segment with full people management responsibility and succession planning accountability
• Contributing to the global SAP S/4 HANA implementation project

• Proven leadership experience in Finance and Controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience supporting senior leadership teams
• Knowledge of production processes is a must, preferred in a Finance/Controlling role in manufacturing industry whereby it is elementary to understand supply chain processes and operational performance metrics
• Solid track record in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and cost optimisation
• Experience driving business growth, margin improvement, and working capital initiatives
• Advanced SAP (ECC/S4
  
  HANA) and Power BI knowledge
• Excellent communicator in German and English and relationship‑builder at senior levels
