Advertising Operations Manager m/f/d

Description

We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join our Advertising Operations team based in Munich. This role will be the primary Ad Ops point of contact for the DACH market, working closely with local Account Management and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery across DAZN’s advertising products.

The role combines strong operational ownership with day-to-day stakeholder communication, ensuring that campaigns are correctly briefed, set up, paced, and delivered in line with commercial commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Act as the primary Ad Ops contact for DACH Sales and Account Management teams
  • Translate commercial briefings into clear, actionable Ad Ops requirements
  • Own campaign lifecycle from booking to post-campaign wrap-up
  • Manage linear and digital advertising campaigns, including live events and RON activity
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, under-delivery and over-delivery risks
  • Proactively flag issues and propose solutions to protect revenue and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with central Broadcast and Ad Delivery teams for events playlists and Ad Server execution
  • Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication between Sales, AM, Broadcast, and Ad Delivery teams
  • Share event rotations and campaign requirements with Broadcast Ad Ops according to agreed deadlines
  • Support Sales and AM with product knowledge, feasibility checks, and delivery expectations
  • Apply DAZN’s global Ad Ops workflows consistently at local level
  • Contribute to process improvements and best-practice documentation
  • Support new initiatives, rights launches, and special events as required
What You’ll Bring :
  • Experience in Advertising Operations, Media Operations, or Campaign Management
  • Strong understanding of digital and/or broadcast advertising workflows
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g. Google Ad Manager) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
