  • As Senior HR Manager, you will be primarily responsible for strategic and operational human resources tasks at our European Headquarter. In this role, you will support several teams with overall 350 employees in Germany.
  • You will work closely with our executives and management teams and consult them around all strategic human resources issues and questions relating to HR management, German labor law regulations, and works council law when it comes to HR processes throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Among your tasks, you will also be responsible for designing and implementing HR guidelines, strategies, and programs as well as change and organizational development processes, connected to Global and/or European HR guidelines and initiatives.
  • Since this role sits in the European Headquarter You will also connect to countries' HR colleagues for an aligned approach
  • Of course, first you will get to know your team, our products and internal processes during your onboarding phase, and we'll support a smooth start with training courses and a buddy at your side.
  • Speaking of the team: it's a very international and diverse team, currently consisting of seven bright minds in Langenhagen - who feel strongly connected personally and virtually to the team's mission and purpose.
  • With all this, you also enjoy flexibility in terms of working location and time where mobile working is part of our culture as well as a modern benefit schemes.
  • Travel accounts for maximum 10% of the job.
Your exciting scope for action – What you bring to the table
  • Ideally, you have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources (e.g., HR specialist, HR management)
  • You also have several years of professional experience in strategic, conceptual, and operational human resources, preferably as an HR business partner or HR manager.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • In addition, you have sound moderation and social skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a consulting mentality.
  • You have a high level of empathy combined with a “can-do” attitude and furthermore you are always service-oriented.
  • In your daily work, you are guided by the vision and long-term orientation of the company. You take all available information into account in your considerations in order to grasp the core of complex issues.
  • You never lose sight of your goals and focus on the desired results. You know how to use activities, time and resources in a targeted manner to successfully complete your tasks.
  • You use your considerable creative freedom to fill your role – in the varied tasks of your position, you switch playfully between independent concentration and the binding quality of a team player.
  • You get along well with different personalities. You prefer to communicate on eye level.
  • Your very good communication skills in German and English also make it easy for you to formulate messages that are concise and appropriate for the respective target group, as well as to appear confident in any environment.
