As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you source, attract, and hire top talent to meet AIT s evolving staffing needs. This position works closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring attraction of the best candidates who align with company values and culture.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer handover.
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure basic compliance with employment laws.
• Conducts research to build a network of candidates.
• Utilize our ATS to manage and track candidate information.
• Stay informed about basic industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international logistics-related environment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across a variety of roles and levels
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Fluent oral and written English and German is a must
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
