Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) Your Responsibilities

As a trusted partner to leadership and employees, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our people strategy while ensuring operational HR excellence across your area of responsibility.

• Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate closely and constructively with the Works Council, supporting employee relations and negotiating company agreements.
• Ensure compliance with German labor law, works constitution regulations, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive workforce planning and manage recruitment activities for specialists and leadership positions.
• Lead and support HR initiatives and transformation projects, including process digitalization, organizational development, cultural transformation, and workforce optimization.
• Coordinate payroll-related processes and serve as the interface between employees, managers, and the payroll team.
• Execute and continuously develop the site's HR strategy and people initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify training and development needs in collaboration with plant and department managers, supporting talent growth and succession planning.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor working time and attendance data, conduct trend and variance analyses, and implement appropriate corrective measures where required.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment through active collaboration with Occupational Health & Safety teams.
• Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, performance-oriented workplace culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Law, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, or in a comparable HR Generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with HR metrics and workforce data.
• High level of accountability, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
